In 2019, he and his brother Faisal (who came from a hospitality background) decided to solve the problem they personally understood.
The journey hasn't been without its trials. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when flights were limited and families were desperate to move back to their native places, the pressure was immense. Aamir recalls emotional moments when families lost members and were clinging to their pets as their last emotional anchor. "Initial days, it was a huge challenge. I could not leave my phone alone... anytime it rang, I had to answer the customer and guide my team."
